We suggest you make your offer based on our special offer weekday and weekend rates.
We will accept your offer if no one else makes a better offer and if we think your offer will cover our costs sufficiently. We can only confirm your booking the Thursday one week before your arrival. We will however indicate right away how likely we think your offer is to succeed.**
